For this we abide by the following principles:

Improved product quality

HARVIEN, we will continue our program of regular visits for customers to our plants. We will continue to educate our manufacturing plants on the quality of the product and service required by our customers.  HARVIEN ‘s technology can do this in a unique way, since almost all our sales representatives are technically trained (chemists, chemical engineers, biologists, etc.) most with extensive laboratory, plant, and industrial experience.

Specs

We will normally notify our customers of any anticipated changes to our suppliers’ specifications or processes. We will not intentionally deliver any new material without prior evaluation and will notify our customers, whether it is a new source or a new process. We will not intentionally ship any product that does not meet the customer’s specifications.

Packaging and Environment

We will promote the use of environmentally friendly recyclable packaging by our suppliers. We will strive to meet the packaging requirements of our customers. HARVIEN, will only use warehouses and carriers approved to handle chemicals and that have appropriate permits and licenses.
